Stop, drop, and roll
Moodara asks, "What in the world are you doing?" as she
shakes off the dog and turns into a gigantic orangeish purple snake.
"Remembering my fire safety lessons," you reply.
"Hmmmmmmmm. . . you look like you would taste pretty good."
Moodara remarks.
You remember that she is going to eat you, and you pass out again, the
third time since you were fishing with Kerri.
When you finally come around, you find yourself next to Kerri in a
small room with stone walls and bars for a door. It reminds you of a
prison cell. Kerri looks as if she is knocked out. Some evidence of
this is that there is a big bump on the left side of her head. YOu
start to worry about her. This whole time you've been worrying and
growing more compassionate towards her. You feel like you two are
coming together because of this adventure.
"Kerri! Kerri, wake up!" you say as you try to shake her
awake.
"Kerri! Kerri, wake up! Hahahahaha! She'll wake up, alright, but
by that time you'll both be cooking in my cauldron! Then, you'll get
too hot in my boiling pot and die! Hahahahahaha!!!" Moodara mocks
you.
You yell, "You worthless piece of junk! What have you done to
Kerri?"
"Hah! That's for me to know and you to find out!" Moodara
says, then she leaves.
"W-where am I?" Kerri asks wearily.
You remember the fire safety lessons you learned at school. You stop
where you are, drop to the ground, and roll around on the forest
floor.
