Have a hissy fit
You look at each other and send that special glance that means, "Time to have a fit!" All at once, you all drop to the ground and start screaming and yelling for Mommy. The man looks very frustrated and tries to kick the nearest kid, which happens to be Dave. The kick lands right in his ribs and Dave starts to sob in pain. You and Barbara are so startled that you run off without Dave. You are almost all the way home, when you remember that Dave is still hurt, alone, with that man.
