Dave: A Christmas Story
One year, the heavy Christmas boxes fell in a heap in the attic. No
one knew how. Most of the ornaments were not broken, but the star the
family usually put up on top of the tree was broken to pieces. Mom
and Dad were heartbroken and didn't know how they could bear to buy a
new Christmas tree topper. Then, Lil got an
idea.
Lil loved nutcrackers. She had over twenty in her collection. She
loved Christmas, because that's when she usually gets more.
