The strange child leads your blind self over a mostly smooth and sandy
terran for a considerable distance, although the pretruding roots you
never manage to avoid stumbling over. All the while he tells how great
a doctor his father is, and how absolutely sure that you will be
healed. Eventually the child tells you to stop and wait, then he runs
(or, at least, that is what it sounds like) away from you and you hear
three loud taps.
