Out of the corner of your eye, you catch a glimpse of your own
reflection. Or, at least, you think it's you. You move your hand in
front of your face. It's you! Stepping closer to the mirror, you run
a hand through your messy hair. Your face is dirty, but it looks as
if a line has been formed where there is no dirt. Your tears?
Sitting upon a mahogany wood dresser, you see a bowl of clear liquid
(water?) and a washcloth beside it. You notice, suddenly, that your
mouth is completely dry. That's when you hear the groan of
floorboards and footsteps nearing your room.
